WhatsApp and Telegram, are two of the popular messenger app you will find today. They have both Android and iOS versions, which makes it impossible for you to find a person without having one or both apps on his or her mobile device. But have you ever find yourself in a situation where you want to forward an important voice message from your WhatsApp messenger to a colleague or family member, only to discover that he or she doesnāt make use of WhatsApp but rather Telegram alone. Your next thoughts will be, how can you achieve this? This is because WhatsApp audio file format is not mp3.
So, how can you then send WhatsApp audio messages to Telegram?
WhatsApp Audio File Format
Like I said earlier, the WhatsApp audio file format is not in mp3, this makes it even impossible for you to play it on your mobile phone using any of your music players. If you can check your WhatsApp media file folder, you will discover that the audio messages sent to you normally have a ā.opusā file extension. An example of such an audio file will appear like this: āPTP-20210815-WA0005.opusā. You can only play this audio file on your mobile phone by converting it to mp3, using an opus to mp3 converter app.
But there is good news, you donāt have to bother about a converter app when you follow this method of mine. That is why I will be showing you how to forward WhatsApp audio messages to Telegram using the easiest method.
